Submission of Application
The deadline for registration and submission of abstracts is: June 1st, 2008
Registration will be limited to 100 participants.
Priority will be given to applicants presenting posters, some of which will be selected for oral presentation.
Successful applicants will be notified by: 15th June, 2008
Registration fee
Registration includes meals, coffee breaks, workshop material and transportation from the meeting venue to the hotels.
The registration cost for academics is 700SGD (+- 350 Euros)
The registration cost for non-academics is 1000 SGD (+-500 Euros)
Hotel cost
The hotel cost will be 250 SGD (+- 125 Euros)
- this will be on the basis of a shared twin room from the 21st to the 24th.
Single room availability is severely limited. (Kindly indicate on the registration form with whom you would want to share a room if accepted).
The registration and accommodation is waived for students who will be selected by the organizers on the basis of scientific merit.
