Visit Masada at SunriseMassada, the mountain-top palace and fortress built by King Herod the Great, King of Judea during the Roman era, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. This fortress served as the last refuge for 965 men, women and children, survivors of the ‘Great Revolt.’ Besieged by the Romans, and losing all hope, they chose death rather than surrender. We invite you to enjoy a unique experience of watching the sunrise on top of Masada. For this purpose, we will leave the hotel at approx. 04:30 and will climb the mountain (approx. 350 meters) via the Snake Path, which takes approx. 45 minutes. After a guided tour of Masada, we will descend by cable-car. |

Transportation Arrival transfers from Ben-Gurion Airport to Ein GediA shared airport transfer service to Ein-Gedi is available at NIS180 (~€37, $46) per person. A waiting time of up to one hour should be taken into consideration. If reserved, please approach the "SESHIR JC SERVICE" counter at Ben-Gurion Airport after going through customs (Arrivals Hall, 1st floor near the rent-a-car counters). Travel time: Approx. 2.5 hours. This service should be reserved on the Registration & Accommodation Form. Transportation from Ben-Gurion Airport to Tel-AvivPlease use the taxi companies based at Ben-Gurion Airport, outside the arrivals hall. Price: Approx. NIS130 (~€27, $33).
