Pracatinat Struttura Alberghiera Tina Nasi 10060 Fenestrelle Italy Tel.: (+39) 0121884884 Fax: (+39) 012183711 Pracatinat is in the Italian Alps, at about 1600m altitude, close to the famous ski resorts that hosted the 2006 Winter Olympic Games.
The venue is surrounded by forests and relatively isolated and we expect that the location itself and the peaceful surroundings will favour contacts among participants. Pracatinat is easily accessible from Torino (about 80 km SW, 1h 10min driving) at a few km road from the Fenestrelle village. The accommodation will be in a recently restructured building, with 70 rooms, bar, restaurant, two conference rooms fully equipped, a music hall, gymn, sauna, Turkish bath.
FENESTRELLE FORT The Fenestrelle fort, in the close proximity of Pracatinat, is the largest fortified structure in Europe, with the longest world construction in masonry after the Chinese Great Wall. It is an enormous stone building extending for about 5 km in the Chisone valley and covering almost 700 metres in height, on a surface of 1,300,000 sq.m.
