Deadline for online registration & abstract submission:

Registration Fee:
650 €  (includes registration fee, full board accommodation in double room, all local transportation and social events).
A limited number of single rooms are available, upon request, at 700 €.

Ten grants in aid of PhD students and young Post-Docs will be provided.

Selection of application will be done by the International Co-Organizers. These grants will cover Registration and full board accommodation, but not travel.

Instructions: 

a) Let us know whether interested in being considered (field provided for this in the main registration page)

b) Submit your Abstract

c) Click the option to submit a second abstract (submit new conference paper).This time it will be to enter your CV (with publications).

For title use your NAME, for authors insert your NAME, then paste your CV (with publications) into the text box and upload it as well (via the same upload button used for your abstract).  

 

Payment of Registration fee will be possible only upon acceptance of the participant.
