Registration and Abstract Submission

Please register and submit an online abstract through the online registration system (link above).
Deadline for registration & abstract submission: 16th February, 2010

All participants are encouraged to present their work as a poster. Short oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Hotel accommodation should be directly reserved by participants (see Venue).
 

Registration Fee:
400 Euros

(Industry: 500 Euros; Students: 350 Euros)

Includes:

  1. Bus transfers from-to Genoa Airport (on May 6th and 9th)
  2. Welcome reception and all meals (from Thursday afternoon to Saturday evening)
  3. Abstract book
  4. Free access to the (onsite) heated pool, solarium, and tennis courts, and bus transfers to Camogli
  5. Boat trip to San Fruttuoso-Portofino.
 
* Registration fee will be waived for Abstract presenters selected for oral presentations.
** Enquire about travel fellowships for students.
 
Please note: Registration fees should only be paid once you have received notification of acceptance.  You will then be given payment details for the bank transfer.

Cancellation policy
Registration fees will be returned upon cancellation before April 22nd (except a cancelation fee of 100 Euros). No refund after that date.
