Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration fees:

Students*: 130€ (Euro)
Other: 170€ (Euro)

*For registration, students must submit proof of their status via the online registration form (letter pasted in from supervisor or institution plus their email/contact for verification).

Post-Docs are not considered students.

Registration fee includes:

Participation in all workshop sessions and activities, workshop material, abstract book, welcome reception, coffee-breaks, lunches, social dinner.
Travel and lodging costs will be at participants' charge (except for RNA Quality members*).

* Please note: It is very important that you indicate on the registration form if you are a member of the ESF-RNAQuality EUROCORES program (this is for administrative purposes only).  The ESF will only arrange accommodation for RNAQuality members.
Non-member applicants have to arrange their own transport and accommodation. (A list of hotels close to the IMBA Institute is provided (venue). Furthermore you will find directions on how to get to the IMBA by following this link (travel)).

The number of participants is limited to 100.

Up to 10 applicants will be invited to present their abstracts in the form of short talks. These will be selected among the abstracts submitted before the application deadline. Posters for accepted abstracts will be presented during the length of the conference. 

All participants and in particular young scientists are encouraged to present a poster. 

 

Your application in three easy steps:

Step 1) Fill out the “Application for attendance” form by following the link given above. Deadline for step 1 is 28th of February 2010. Abstracts should be limited to 300 words.

Step 2) Selected applicants will receive an invitation around the 8th of March 2010.

Step 3) Payment (should be received by 26th of March 2010)
