Deadline for registration & abstract submission: March 15th, 2009
Please note the limited capacity of 100 participants!

Three easy steps to complete your registration:
1. Submit application form and abstract by March 15th, 2009.
2. Applicants will be informed whether accepted or not within ten days of the application deadline, and provided with a registration number and details about payment.
3. Accepted participants should pay the registration fee by bank wire transfer no later than April 10th.

Registration fee: 750 Euro
Registration fee includes participation in all Workshop activities, food (breakfast, coffee-breaks, lunch, dinner) and accommodation
(4 nights in double-bed rooms, please indicate preferred room mate with your registration – or we will assign one to you!).

Important deadlines:
Deadline for registration & abstract submission: March 15th, 2009
Deadline for payment: April 10th

Payment should be done exclusively by bank transfer, and only after receiving notification of acceptance to the Workshop.  The registration number (provided in the email of acceptance) must be included in all bank transfers.

Participants with accompanying persons should inform the Workshop Secretariat (maria.garciah@umh.es) no later than April 10th, 2009.  Accompanying persons should not reserve hotel rooms; the secretariat will organize this directly with the hotel.

Cancelation policy: Registration to the conference (350 Euro) is not refundable.  Housing (400 Euro) will be partially refundable on the following terms: 
- Cancelation before May 20th, 2009: 50% refund.
- Cancelation after May 20th, 2009: 30% refund.
- Cancelation after June 14th, 2009: no refund.
