| Registration & abstract submission
Deadline: June 15th , 2009
Number of participants is limited to 100. If the meeting is oversubscribed, priority will be given to people submitting abstracts and an upper limit may be placed on the number of participants per lab. Up to 8 short talks will be selected from abstracts submitted within the registration deadline.
Your registration in three easy steps:
- Submit application form and abstract by June 15th, 2009
- You will be informed whether your application is accepted or not by June 30th, 2009 and will be provided with details about registration fee payment
- Accepted participants should pay the registration fee by bank wire transfer no later than July 7th, 2009

Registration fees:
Regular participant: Euro 250
Student: Euro 200*
*Students must send proof of their status (letter from supervisor or institution).
Post-Docs will not be considered students.
Registration fee includes participation in all workshop sessions and activities, workshop material, abstract book, welcome reception, coffee-breaks, lunches, social dinner.
Travel and lodging costs will be at participants' charge.
Depending on number and quality of applications, up to five registration fees will be waived for participants from less favoured regions of EMBC States
