Registration fee: Euro 130,00 (including lunch/coffee/refreshments)

Hotel accommodation is to be booked separately (see Venue for details).

Please note: Accommodation and registration fees should only be booked/paid once you have received notification of acceptance (this should be around 1 - 2 weeks after the deadline date - thank you!).

 

FELLOWSHIPS:

A limited number of fellowships (up to 500 Euro) are available for PhD students or early post-docs!

To apply for a fellowship, please log-in to your registration site - go to 'my submissions' and click on link for 'submit another conference paper’ (The abstract form will load).

 

SIMPLY fill out the abstract fields as follows:

 

Abstract title - Use your own name: first + family name

Authors: Simply give your own name and email address and institution

Abstract text: Paste in here text from letter of your supervisor (including a contact email address)

Upload:  A word document containing Your CV Plus publications and on the final page a description of your work.

(You will have to select either poster or oral as it is a required field- select anyone).
