Program

Saturday 21st | Sunday 22nd | Monday 23rd |
Tuesday 24th
|Wednesday 25th | Thursday 26th

The workshop will bring together leading scientists in the field of transcription, with a strong emphasis on yeast.

The format of the meeting will be 13 sessions on 8 closely related topics, with a mixture of long talks from invited speakers as well as talks selected from the abstracts submitted by the applicants (will be included in the program at available times on the program below). This makes it possible to incorporate and discuss important new advances by participants, which cannot be foreseen at the time of invitation.

All participants are encouraged to present their work in a poster format. Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and there will be daily poster sessions involving up to 25 posters so that all participants will be able to present their data, have an opportunity to discuss them with the experts in the field and importantly view the posters of other participants and discuss results with them.

The young researchers with the best posters will be given the chance to present their results orally and advertise their work to the whole audience.

Given the importance of yeast as a tool in both academic and industrial connection, a large number of young scientists pursuing careers in either of these settings are likely to benefit greatly from this format.
