Submission of applications
Please read general instructions below regarding application and abstract submission before applying online. Thank you!

Application and Abstract deadline : February 29, 2008
Because space is limited, please apply early.
Invited speakers and session chairs should also fill an application form.
Conference fees will include registration and full board from May 27 (dinner) to June 1 (breakfast).
All accepted participants are asked to pay their fees prior to April 25th.
Some limited grants in support will be available, please apply by email with the reasons for requesting support at the time you submit your application.
Conference fees:
Single room: 770 euros
Double room: 660 euros
Students and postdocs (double room): 460 euros
Application and registration:
1. First fill in the application form.
Please note that if you are submitting an Abstract (for a poster or an oral presentation), you do not need to fill the three boxes under “Qualifications / Research Interests” (i.e. “Motivation for applying”, “Short CV” and “Research interests”).
Please indicate your housing preferences at the bottom of the form. (Note that due to reservation constraints, we may not be able to offer the type of room that you requested. For double rooms, priority will be given to students and postdocs.)
2. Submit your Abstract :
Abstracts are to be both emailed AND filled in on the web form. Register online first and then complete the following:

) Follow these abstract guidelines for email submission (preferably a word.doc)
Email your abstract to: Abstract_email_link
(Please name your document using your Family Name - this assists when sorting them)

) After Registering online - you will have automatically received a password to access to the web abstract form. Simply paste your email formatted abstract into the web form - ignore the form formatting - and fill in the authors.
(You do not have to complete the web form straight after registering - you can do this a bit later)
3. You will immediately receive an automatic email with your application number and password.
You can use these to login and edit your application or Abstract (deadline February 29, 2008).
4. We will inform you whether your application has been accepted, and give you the details for payment of the conference fees at the latest by March 15.
5. We will establish the final program, and let you know whether your Abstract was selected for a poster or for a platform presentation by April 30.
