Submission of Applications

If you are an Invited Speaker and have already registered, please go to the online system to upload your abstract (please sign in with the username and password that was sent to you when you registered).

If you are an Invited Speaker and have not yet registered, please go to the online registration form to register and upload your abstract.

 

If you are a Participant who has been accepted to the workshop:

and choose the options to:

• pay the registration fee
• reserve a hotel room **
• reserve your place for the Gala Dinner on 19 September
• reserve your place for the optional lunch and/or sightseeing tour on 20 Septembe
• register an Accompanying Person
  
  
  

  Participant registration fee includes:
  

  -   Congress kit (final programme, abstracts book, etc..)
  

  -   Access to the scientific sessions
  

  -   Coffee breaks
  

  -   2 lunches (Thursday 18th and Friday 19th)
  

  -   Tapas night tour (Wednesday 17th)

  
  

   
  

  Accompanying person fee includes:
  

  -       Wednesday 17th, ÊZaragoza museums tours
  

  -        Wednesday 17th, ÊTapas night tour
  

  -        Thursday 18th , full day excursion : Uncastillo and Sos del Rey Cat—lico (lunch included)
  

  -        Friday 19th , full day excursion: Tarazona and Veruela Monastery (lunch included)
  

   
  
  The Organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the tours or excursion program if a minimum participation of 25 people is not reached or under certain circumstances that may occur beyond the control of the organizers.
