Venue
The meeting will be held at the "Abbaye des Vaulx de Cernay" near Paris.
This old abbey is located near the Rambouillet forest, about 40 minutes from downtown Paris by Rail. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the last station of the RER B line that deserves Paris major airports (Roissy-Charles De Gaulle and Orly) and Gare du Nord train station.
A free shuttle service will be provided from the RER B station.
All participants will be housed together.
The Abbey comprises a conference room for 100 participants fully equipped with the following: Video projector, PC projector, Slide projector, transparencies projector. Internet connexion will also be available during the meeting.
