Registration Fees
Regular Fee: Euro 350,00
Student Fee: Euro 200,00
The registration fee includes:
- participation to scientific sessions
- printed material of the workshop
- certificate of attendance
- coffee breaks
- lunches
- social dinner
Student Fee:
students enrolled in an undergraduate M.S., Ph.D. or M.D. programme are eligible for a student discounted fee of Euro 200,00. In order to benefit from the student fee, you should mail or fax (+39 06 5194009) to the organising secretariat, your student card or a certificate on departmental letterhead, signed by your mentor or supervisor, affirming your student status. Mentor's or supervisor's name and contact numbers should be clearly indicated.
Name badges:
All congress registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to enter the scientific sessions and to participate in social activities.
Payment of fee:
Payment in Euro can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card as indicated on the online registration form.
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of actual payment of the registration fee, each participant will receive an email with the confirmation of registration.
Cancellation policy:
Refund of 100% of the registration fee will be possible until 17th April 2007. After that date, the refund will be 100% minus Euro 50,00 handling fee. Any change of names will be allowed until 7th May 2007 free of charge. After that date any name change will be charged Euro 25,00.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION :
Participants will be expected to present their abstracts at the conference.
Abstract submission deadline: 15th April, 2007.
Applicant notification: 30th April, 2007
Guidelines for submission:
Abstracts may be submitted only via internet. If you have no access to the internet, please contact Mrs. Francesca Mariani at the Organising Secretariat, EEM Congressi & Eventi.
Abstracts must be submitted in English. Title, authors, affiliations and abstract text should not exceed an A4 format. More information is in the online abstract submission form.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
A limited number of short talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts. PowerPoint computer projection will be available for oral presentations.
All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting.
Speakers are also invited to present an abstract of their speech.
Avoid submission within 48 hours of the deadline for best system performance!
