Registration fees:
Euro 900 including meals and accommodation in a single room
Euro 700 including meals and accommodation in a twin room
Euro 300 including meals but without accommodation

* The registration fee should not be paid before acceptance to the meeting.

Accommodation is included in the participation fees for the default dates of July 1 - 6, 2007
and rooms have been reserved at the Il Ciocco Hotel.

Single room accommodation will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

** Additional nights need to be paid directly to the hotel
(EUR 129 in a single; EUR 99 in a twin room).

All participants are expected to present their research at the conference, either as oral presentations or as posters to be viewed in scheduled sessions. All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting.

Maximum number of participants (including speakers) is 110.

Criteria for selecting participants:
Applicants will be asked to submit an abstract .
Participants will be selected based on their scientific interest and academic accomplishment in relation to the stage of their research career.

The scientific organizers will read all the abstracts, and several will be chosen for oral presentations. All participants will be expected to present their research at the conference, either as oral presentations or as posters.
