There is no registration fee and accepted participants will be provided with accommodation and all meals.

* participants are expected to cover their own travel costs.

A small number of travel fellowships will be available to participants from countries in need of scientific strengthening.

Applicants will be asked to submit their CV, a short statement of their motivation for participation, and a description of their current research project, which will serve as a basis for selection of the participants.

CV submission - once you have registered and received a log-in and password - go to the green button 'My Submissions'.  Select 'new conference paper' and then paste your CV into the text box AND upload it (word.doc) to the server.

We plan to notify applicants about the outcome of their application by the end of April 2010.
