About the Practical Course

The main objectives of this course are to provide experimental and theoretical principles of second generation sequencing in the study of gene expression and gene regulation.

The course is intended for scientists at all levels including PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and independent investigators.

				The course will address the two following components:   • ChIP-Seq applied to the study of mammalian transcription factor binding sites and epigenetics • RNA-Seq on mammalian cells and comparison with microarray-based expression profiling We look forward to seeing you in Berlin!
