Costs
The costs associated with the course are partially covered by EMBO.
In addition, a contribution of 250 euro will be requested from each selected participant.
(Participants from Industry will be charged 500 euro)
Each participant will receive accommodation for up to 5 nights, as well as breakfasts, lunches, coffee, tea and one dinner banquet.
Participants are expected to pay for travel to and from Dublin, any additional nights, and dinners other than the banquet.
TRAVEL GRANTS
A limited number of travel grants (circa 4 in total) are available from EMBO to facilitate the attendance of young scientists to attend this practical course.
Selection of the awardees will be based on the quality of the submitted abstract, with all judgements as to quality being in the hands of the local organisers.
EMBO travel grants are restricted to young scientists working in geographical Europe with the exception of Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland.
Travel grants will be awarded up to a maximum value of 400 EUR per participant. This grant is intended to be used to cover Economy travel costs. Visa costs, accommodation and subsistence will not be covered by these funds.
