Submission of application

 

The Course has places for 18 applicants and is open to all scientists from graduate students to established scientists.

Applications deadlineL 30th April 2008

Successful applicants will be notified by 13th June 2008. 

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs - grants available.

All other costs including accommodation and meals will be paid by EMBO. 

Graduate students should include a letter of support from the Head of Department where they are studying - once registered kindly email this to: s.j.davies@kent.ac.uk

We hope that 1/3rd of participants will bring their own samples to be used in the practical parts of the course and another 1/3rd will bring data previously collected for analysis and interpretation. 

 

N.B.:  The ability to supply samples or data will not be the only criteria used selecting applicants and up to 1/3rd will be selected who are not at the stage to supply either samples data.

On acceptance the participant will be assigned a tutor who will communicate about the details of samples and potential experimental measurements to be made during the course.
