About the Course

The primary objective of this practical course is to provide hands-on experience in the experimental workflow from construction of tissue microarrays to associated image analysis.
This objective will be met through a combination of seminars from local and international experts in the field, including several 'question and answer' sessions together with practical experience in the laboratory and on the computer. The participants will observe and participate in the construction and use of tissue microarrays, with training being provided in all relevant steps from tissue processing, array fabrication, sectioning and immunohistochemical staining.
