The course will consist of theoretical lectures (50% of the time), practical courses (40%) and an open discussion with user case study (10%).

The theoretical part will consist of an introduction to mass spectrometry, some aspects of protein identification, post-translational analysis and phosphopeptides, and an overview of protein quantification with mass spectrometry data.

The practical work will correspond to the use of identification tools, use of databases and protein quantification with mass spectrometry data.

The participants will have the opportunity to hang their posters at the arrival and remove them at the departure; however there will also be one specific poster session for discussions.

The participants and lecturers will be housed in the same location and will spend most of the meal hours together; additionally we have planned two social activities to ensure good contact.
