Who Can Apply:
The course is open to students at the advanced stages of Ph. D./young post-docs / junior faculties working in different Universities and  Institutions in INDIA only. Young scientists from industry are also encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants who are interested in population and evolutionary genomics in general and in applying these techniques in malaria or other vector-borne infectious diseases, in particular.

All communications from the course secretariat will be through email.  Thus, applicants are advised to check if they provide correct email address.  Please mention ONLY ONE email address; no communication will be made to a single applicant through multiple email addresses.  Please also provide your mobile numbers for immediate correspondence in case needed.

All participants will have to present their ongoing work by displaying posters during the course and delivering a 10-minute talk at the end of the course on their understanding on the molecular and evolutionary genetics of malaria.

Registration fee:
The registration fee (non-refundable) for participating in the Lecture Course is Indian Rupee (INR) 1,000 for academic participants and INR 30,000 for participants from industries. 

All selected applicants should send the registration fee in the form of demand draft favoring “Director NIMR” payable at ‘Delhi’.  Final confirmation of participation will ONLY be sent after receipt of the fees from selected applicants.
