The Registration fee includes:
Attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, snacks, lunches, and delegate packs.
** Delegates will be responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements; however, preferred rates have been arranged at the conference venue hotel.
We strongly recommend booking early (before the end of April) as June is very busy for tourists in Dublin.

Abstract Submission

Deadline: April 22nd, 2011
(Online abstract submission will remain 'open' in April but acceptance will be at the discretion of the organisers)
A number of places in the programme have been reserved for short talks from emerging investigators who submit high quality abstracts.
*** Accommodation and travel expenses will be reimbursed for successful applicants to the emerging investigator short talks
Details of transfer to and from the airport are outlined in the ‘Transport’ section and are not included in the registration fee.”
A charge of 50 euro will be incurred for any cancellations prior to 15th April 2011, with no funds return for any cancellations after this date"

Confirmation and Payment
Once you have completed your online registration - then please, transfer the registration fee (PAY HERE).
You will receive confirmation of your registration after the electronic payment has been received.
Abstracts can be submitted at any time until 22nd April, 2011.
(You are though able to access your registration data to update or add /change/cancel abstract up until the deadline date).
Registration and payment must be complete for any submitted abstracts to be considered. You will receive notification with regard to your abstract submission before April 30th, 2011
