Registration and Abstract Submission

There is a two part process for registration and abstract submission: |

Procedure for registration: |
Upon connection to the registration site, you will first be asked to pre-register. Please pay close attention to the spelling of your name (e.g. hyphens, caps, spaces) upon pre-registration in order to avoid problems. Once pre-registration is finished, you will receive an email allowing you to complete registration. Follow the link provided in this email to finalize your registration and proceed to payment. |
b) ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: click here |
Procedure for abstract submission: |
Enter your name and email address - you will receive an email with log-in details allowing you to complete abstract submission. Follow the given link and click the green button 'My Submissions' |
Short talks: several short talks will be selected from abstracts submitted within the registration deadline. Posters: Dimensions of the poster board are: 0.95 m (width) x 1.35 m (length) 100 (width) x 150 (length) cm.

Registration and abstract submission are validated upon payment only. Once payment is made, an email with the receipt of your payment is sent to your email address. |
Please note that the registration fees are determined at the time of payment, not pre-registration. |
Registration Fees |
Before March 31st, 2010 : 375 Euros (industry 450 Euros) |
After March 31st, 2010 : 430 Euros (industry 530 Euros) |

Registration fees include: |
• Conference Participation |
• Organized transfers to and from Cavtat airport |
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference |
• Welcome Reception |
• Gala dinner |
• Boat trip and visit to Dubrovnik |
** Travel and lodging costs will be at participants' charge (see Venue for accommodations) |

Notification for acceptance of oral presentations |

No refunds of registration fees will be made. |

Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering. Accepted credit Cards are VISA and MasterCard only, NOT American Express |
