The conference will be held at Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands, about 30 min from Amsterdam airport (Schiphol), an international hub for all major airlines. All sessions will take place at hotel Zuiderduin and the conference delegates will be housed at the hotel.
