Registration fee includes: Access to all sessions of the programme, hotel accommodation during the conference, including breakfast, lunches (3) and dinners (3) as well as free use of indoor pool and sauna. Arrival: July 14th Departure: July 18th 2009. * Early arrival on July 13th, 2009 can be booked together with your registration (€ 45).
Accompanying persons are welcome for hotel reservation and breakfast only. The price for accompanying persons is € 230,-

Shuttle service (€ 25,- p.p.)
Shuttle service is offered from Schiphol Airport to the congress venue, and also organised bus service from the congress venue to Schiphol Airport on:
- Tuesday July 14th, afternoon and evening
- Wednesday July 15th, morning
- Saturday July 18th, at the end of the programme
Cancellation policy
Only cancellations in writing to the congress office will be accepted.
Cancellation fee for cancellations received before June 10th, 2009: € 125,-
Cancellations received after June 10th, 2009: no refund.
