TRANSFERS:

 

AIRPORT DUBROVNIK – HOTEL PETKA -

EMBO MEETING

On Saturday May 23rd 2009, group coach transfers will be arranged from Dubrovnik Airport to the conference Hotel Petka – downtown Dubrovnik.

 

 

 

 

Group coach transfers will be organised by 50-seater coaches. Upon registration, we will ask you to provide us with your flight number and arrival time, so that waiting time for the coach transfers can be limited to a minimum.

 

If you arrive before or after may 23rd , you will have to arrange your own transfer (see below)

COACH TRANSFER DETAILS

 

On May 23rd, we will organise a shutlle-service to pick you up at the airport of Dubrovnik to bring you to hotel Petka.


This bus service will be available on Saturday May 23rd only - The pick-up times are 16:00 and 17:00

(A host, with an EMBO sign, will be directing you from the arrivals hall to the coach).

If you cannot use the arranged shuttle-service, there is public transport to Dubrovnik after every arriving flight.


The one way cost will be about € 5,- per person. This bus will bring you to the bus station in downtown Dubrovnik.

 

Take a taxi from there to hotel Petka.


Furthermore, taxi's are available at the airport. For approximately € 35,- they will bring you directly to hotel Petka.
