This 2011 EMBO Conference Series will cover recent advances in the field of regulation of mRNA localization and localized translation, integrating the latest findings and the use of novel imaging and bioinformatic tools to visualize and analyze RNA-level regulatory events to development, neurobiology and the etiology of disease.
