About the Conference Series

Transport Update: Bus Schedule

The Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) is an essential, complex and intriguing organelle.

Whilst the ER performs many diverse functions, it is rare that scientists addressing these different facets compare notes directly.

To enable such communication between genetic, biochemical, imaging, electrophysiological and systematic approaches in different model systems we are organizing the first of a series of up to three ER-centered EMBO conferences.

We hope to discuss links between many different areas of research related to ER functions and to provide inspiration for approaches combining methods from the different "subdomains" of ER science, particularly to young and developing researchers in the field.

We look forward to welcoming you in Girona!
