Hotel Booking (for participants)

Please make your hotel bookings as soon as possible - 80 rooms are reserved at these rates (price will then increase)

Hotel Melia Golf Vichy Catalan, in Girona, Spain

All registered participants are urged to make hotel reservations by August 3, 2010.

Since the site is not in the town centre, if you do not have a hotel room you will find it hard to participate in the conference. A set number of rooms will be reserved for the conference so please reserve as far out in advance as you can.   If you reserve early and find you need to cancel, you will have until September 3, 2010 to do so.

We have negotiated a special price for this meeting. In order to enjoy it all bookings should be made directly with Melia Golf Vichy Catalan Hotel by emailing: reservas.mgvc@solmelia.com

Let them know you're attending the EMBO course on Endoplasmic Reticulum in order to get the convention rate of:

90€ for single and 95€ for double room per night (+ 7% tax)

They will need a credit card number to hold the room for you.   Please also tell them if you want a double or single room, and the dates you'll need the room.

VERY IMPORTANT:  We have reserved a limited number of rooms at this discounted rate.  They will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.  The hotel has a total of 149 rooms, so there's a distinct possibility that if you delay registering, you will not have a room at the convention site.
