The Registration fee includes: attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, snacks, lunches, and delegate packs including the program and conference proceedings on CD-ROM. The conference dinner is not included in the main registration fee (a separate charge will be indicated in the registration form). Delegates will be responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements, however, preferred rates have been arranged at nearby hotels. We strongly recommend booking early (before the end of April) as June is very busy for tourists in Dublin. Details of transfer to and from the airport are outlined in the ‘Transport’ section and are not included in the registration fee.” |

(You are though able to access your registration data to update or add /change/cancel abstract up until the deadline date).
