The conference fees

Early bird and Standard conference fees are to be paid by bank transfers (payment details are to be found below).

Late conference fee is to be paid at the registration desk in the Conference center of the Hotel Zora. 

Payment Details

You should pay the appropriate fee to the account provided below. Alternatively, you can supply the organizers with credit card details by e-mail (physcell2009@globtour.hr), and the registration fee will be charged to your card. If you need an invoice, please contact the organizers by e-mail and provide the invoice-to details (name, institution, address).

IF YOU APPLIED FOR A TRAVELING GRANT, YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE RESULTS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS. IF NOT SELECTED, YOU WILL STILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY THE EARLY BIRD FEE.

The participant registration fee includes:

• Inclusion of abstract in the program (subject to review by the editorial board)
• Abstract book and the delegates bag
• Coffee-breaks during PhysCell2009
• Access to all scientific sessions
• Poster space, access to poster sessions and the exhibition
• Internet access in the conference center
• Welcome reception
• Banquet
• Excursion
• Help with the organization of the accommodation, travel and transfers through the official travel agent of PhysCell2009

The accompanying person registration fee includes:

• Welcome reception
• Banquet
• Excursion
• Help with the organization and access to special rates for the accommodation, travel and transfers through the official travel agent of PhysCell2009
• Internet access in the conference center

Small children do not need to pay the accompanying persons fee but need to be registered with the conference. In case of sufficient interest, child care may be organized during PhysCell2009. Please inquire with the official travel agent. 

The birthday party package includes:

• Banquet
• Help with the organization and access to special rates for the accommodation, travel and transfers through the official travel agent of PhysCell2009
• Internet access in the conference center

Refunds in case of cancellation (be email) will be possible untilJuly 15 2009. A registration cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds and will amount to €50 for scientists and 30€ for all others.

Abstract template

We kindly ask you to use the TEMPLATE (word.doc) to prepare the abstract. This will help us greatly in constructing the Book of Abstracts.

Abstract submission

Kindly use the log-in you received when registering to access abstract submission. Go to the section (My Submissions) - the green button available once you have logged in. Fill out the required fields then please use the ABSTRACT TEMPLATE to upload your document, once completed.

* If you are applying for a Student Grant or Selected Talk - please DO NOT submit an abstract until accepted. Thank you!
