*Graduate Students and Post Doc Fellows must provide an official authorization of their status.
Israeli participants must pay in Shekels according to rate of exchange on day of payment and
payment is subject to VAT (currently 15.5%).

**Accompanying Person in room sharing with paying participant will be entitled to all meals and
participation in social events as per registered participant. Should there be a small group
interested in optional touring during session times, this will be arranged on-spot.

Sharing accommodation (if requested) will be arranged subject to availability during the Conference, but not on the tours.

PAYMENT

If sending a bank transfer, please ensure that the name/s of the participant/s and Conference are clearly stated on the bank transfer.  Please also fax/email a copy of the transfer for our records/follow up. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration/accommodation fees.

*Payment made by credit card will be charged according to the US$/EURO exchange rate on date of credit card transaction.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds in case of cancellation will be possible only if notification is received in good time before the meeting, as follows:

Prior to February 1, 2009 – refund less € 50 processing costs.

February 1 – February 28, 2009 – refund less € 150

Thereafter, no refund.
