VISAS Most  participants will not require a visa to enter Israel.  However, we do suggest that you contact the Israeli Embassy/Consulate in your country, or ask your travel agent for assistance. If you have difficulty in obtaining a visa kindly contact the Secretariat.   LETTER OF INVITATION Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee. IMPORTANT NOTES Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. Please note that the organizers, EMBO, FEBS and other sponsors cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need. PRE-CONFERENCE TOUR A (1 night, one day)
	One Day Sightseeing of Jerusalem, the Old and the New Saturday, March 14th Arrival at Israel and overnight at: Dan Panorama Hotel Jerusalem Sunday, March 15, 2009 Full day sightseeing to include: The Old City of Jerusalem – Western Wall, Via Dolorosa, Shrine of the Book and transfer to Maale Hachamisha.	Rate per person in double room: € 130 Rate in single room: € 205 Rate includes: One overnight at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem (or similar) including breakfast Travel by air-conditioned coach with the services of a government licensed tour guide Entrance fees to sites, as per itinerary Not including: Lunch en route Tips to guide and driver Transfer from Ben Gurion airport to Jerusalem. Rate is based on a minimum of 15 participants.
POST-CONFERENCE TOUR B (2 days, two nights)
	Sightseeing – Tiberias, Yardenit, Tabgha and Capernaum Thursday, March 19 Following conference sessions, take the bus down to the village of Abu Gosh. Stop for a light lunch beforecontinuing via the Jordan Valley to Tiberias. Dinner and Overnight: Kibbutz Lavi or similar Friday, March 20, 2009 Full day tour of the religious sites in the north. At the end of the day drive to Tel Aviv for overnight - Renaissance Tel Aviv or similar Saturday, March 21st 2009 Departures	Rate per person in double room: € 295 Rate in single room: € 425 Rate includes: Light lunch at Abu Gosh Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee St Peter Fish lunch One overnight at Kibbutz Lavi including dinner, bed and breakfast One overnight at the Renaissance hotel in Tel Aviv, including bed and breakfast Travel by air-conditioned coach with the services of a government licensed tour guide Entrance fees to sites, as per itinerary Not including: Tips to guide and driver Transfer to Ben Gurion International airport Rate is based on a minimum of 15 participants.
