Early-Bird registration fee: February 1, 2008

Late-Bird registration fee: extended until March 16, 2008

 
     
Registration fees*:    

* The registration fee should not be paid before acceptance to the meeting.

Early-Bird registration fee:
With accommodation in a twin room: EUR 700
With accommodation in a single room: EUR 825
Without accommodation: Eur 350

Late-Bird registration fee:
With accommodation in a twin room: Eur 850
With accommodation in a single room: Eur 975

Accommodation included in the participation fees for the default dates of 31 May – 5 June, 2008* and rooms have been reserved at the: Hotel Villa Vecchia

Single room accommodation will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

** Additional nights need to be paid directly to the hotel
(EUR 95-110 in a single; EUR 140 in a twin room).

 
     
Participants    

 

All participants are expected to present their research at the conference, either as oral presentations or as posters to be viewed in scheduled sessions. All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting.

Maximum number of participants (including speakers) is 110.

 
     
Criteria for selecting participants:    
 

Applicants will be asked to submit an abstract .
Participants will be selected based on their scientific interest and academic accomplishment in relation to the stage of their research career.

The scientific organizers will read all the abstracts, and several will be chosen for oral presentations. All participants will be expected to present their research at the conference, either as oral presentations or as posters.
