To facilitate your transfer to/from the meeting venue, the Miramonti Majestic Grand Hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo, a shuttle bus service has been arranged to take all the participants landing at the Venice-Marco Polo Airport to Cortina d’Ampezzo and return (approx. 2-hour journey). A stop-over at Venice-Treviso Airport has also been foreseen for those flying with Ryanair (Venice - Treviso stop over - Cortina approx 3-hour journey).
Please note that this service is aimed at covering several requests and different flights. The shuttle bus will operate with the following timetable and we seek your co-operation in arranging your travel schedule accordingly:
