Submission of Applications
Registration is limited to 100 participants, to be selected on the scientific merit.

Earlier registrations are desired. The application should contain a short CV and a statement about current research and an abstract. Poster sessions will be organized during the meeting and from them oral presentations will be selected.
Participants must have a degree in medicine or biology, and must be working in medical genetics or functional genomics. Preference will be given to young scientists who are nationals of either EMBC Member States or ICGEB Member States.
All applicants will be informed of the results of the selection process. Successful participants will be admitted to the Conference through registration and payment of the relevant registration fee, and will be provided with detailed information to formalise their registration and hotel reservation accordingly.
A limited number of grants will be available to attend the Conference for participants who are nationals of an ICGEB Member State, to cover twin-share hotel accommodation and local hospitality as foreseen in the conference programme (coffee-breaks and dinners at the meeting venue, local transportation airport/meeting venue). Travel is NOT funded

Registration of selected participants
Selected participants will be contacted directly by the Organizers with further information upon finalisation of the selection process.
Registration fee will cover bus shuttle transportation to/from the meeting venue (available the first and last day of the congress, see transport) and local hospitality as foreseen in the conference programme (coffee-breaks and dinners at the meeting venue)
A deposit will need to be added to the payment of the registration fee for confirmation of the hotel reservation (see hotel accommodation)
