Le Domaine de Seillac is in the Loire Valley, near Blois and is about 200 kilometers south west of Paris.
By car:
Autoroute A10 from Paris: drive towards Orléans, Blois, Onzain (N152) and then Seillac.
By train:
The closest station is Onzain, which is 7 kilometers from Seillac. On Monday 15th May, participants are advised to take one of the following trains:
13.35 Paris Gare d’Austerlitz (arr. Onzain 15.40).
15.50 Paris Gare d’Austerlitz (arr. Onzain 17.39).
A special bus will meet both of these trains at Onzain station and bring participants to ‘Domaine de Seillac’ the conference venue.
There is one additional train from Paris (leaving at 16.32) but there will be no transport organised to meet this train. Taxis are available by making a phone call.
For the return after lunch on Friday May 19th, transport will be provided to take participants to Onzain to catch the 15.29 train to Paris d’Austerlitz (arr. 17.34). Other trains leave Onzain at 13.03 (arr Paris 15.11), and at 17.53 (arr. 19.59) but no local transport will be organised for these. We strongly recommend participants to take the train that leaves Onzain at 15.29.
The cost of the train is approximately 25 Euros.
Public transportation in Paris:
Gare d'Austerlitz is located in the center of Paris and can be easily reached from either airport. The transfer takes about 75mn, and trains run frequently.
