N.B: In the registration form we DO NOT need you to fill out the 3 fields listed under QUALFICATIONS AND RESEARCH INTEREST. Please simply fill out the top general information and final two questions on the outing to Brissago Island and Dietary requirements. *Please do not submit abstracts to the online system (see below for further information). |

Applications of participants presenting posters or giving an oral presentation will be given absolute priority. Speakers are encouraged to also present a poster, which does not have to be on the same data than the talk.
Admission will be limited to 73 participants.

Submitting Abstracts
Please submit your abstract as a Word document to Stephanie Buvelot via email at: stephanie.buvelot@bc.biol.ethz.ch
Please note: The abstract should contain a title, a list of authors (first name, last name) with the presenting author underlined, as well as the abstract text (about 300 words). Please also state in your e-mail whether you would like to give an oral presentation or a poster.
Updating your Application/Registration
To update an existing application, please log in to the registration system:
1. Go to: http://helpdesk-registration.embo.org/
2. Click on "Registration Login"
3. Log in using the username and password that was sent to you when you applied.
4. Choose the option "Update your registration", add or update the details and submit the form.
Accomodation fee
Accommodation is free for 1 person per lab (including group leader), with the condition that that person attends the entire meeting.
Accommodation fee for any additional lab member of the lab is 380 Swiss Francs (250 Euros) and covers accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as coffee breaks for the entire duration of the workshop.
Payment
Payment details will be forwarded upon acceptance to the workshop.
